If you have internet access, our technicians can access your system and remotely provide assistance in software installation, setup or other troubleshooting needs. This remote support technology is highly secure and will be only accessible with your feedback.

How to start a remote support session?

- Call support technician at 888-884-6462 ext.4

- Click Here(web) or Click Here(IN network) to access the support link

- On the LANDesk™ Remote assistance client page click on the Download Now button on the screen

- Press the RUN button on the message window that says “Do you want to run or save this file?”

- Press the RUN button if a window is displayed that says “Publisher could not be verified. Do you want to Run?”

- When you see a message window saying “Technician can now connect” please notify the support technician
