Hanger Orthopedic Group,
Inc.
Innovative Neurotronics, Inc. is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc.,
one of the world’s
largest providers of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) patient-care
services. Although we provide a fresh, new approach to the market,
our history dates back nearly a
century and a half.
James Edward Hanger, the first amputee of the Civil War, founded
our parent company, Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc. in 1861. Since
that time, Hanger has grown to become the nation’s largest
provider of O&P care, serving more than 650,000 patients annually.
In addition, Hanger comprises four wholly-owned subsidiary businesses
serving different segments of
the O&P industry:
- Innovative Neurotronics, Inc. - Brings
Myo-Orthotics TechnologyTM products, developed at major research
centers and universities worldwide, to the people who need them.
- Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics - The clinical care
arm of Hanger Orthopedic Group, with more than 600 patient care
centers nationwide in 45 states and the District of Columbia.
- Southern Prosthetic Supply (SPS) - The product distribution
arm of Hanger Orthopedic Group, with three distribution centers
nationwide.
- Linkia - The world’s first and only orthotic and
prosthetic managed care organization.
Each subsidiary contributes to Hanger’s unique identity
as a patient-focused company, combining a reputation for clinical
excellence with a progressive approach to the use of emerging technologies.
